Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Purchase' and you will be redirected to a secure payments site (PayPal) and asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
We ship worldwide using Parcelforce, to find out the cost of shipping, add as many products to your cart as you require, then click on Checkout where you will be asked for your location and the shipping charge calculated. If you order before 11:00am we will post your item (via courier) the same day. This is subject to courier delays. This promotion may not be viable if you are a resident outside of England.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If we cannot deliver within 28 days, we will let you know by post, e-mail or telephone.
Tax Charges
All prices include VAT at 17.5% unless stated otherwise.
